The so-called "ROM" of the Apple B&W G3 motherboard is a TSOP-40 form-factor, 3.3V, eight-megabit (1M x 8) Flash device manufactured by Micron Technologies, P/N MT28F008B1-8 .

This part appears to be extremely rare, however similar alternatives were once widely available, such as the MT28F008B3VG-9
